Cliff Richard – Age 84

With a career that spans over six decades, Sir Cliff Richard has become synonymous with British music royalty. Selling over 21.5 million singles in the UK, he earned his place as the third-best-selling artist in the country’s history by 2012, trailing only behind The Beatles and Elvis Presley. His trophy shelf boasts two Ivor Novello Awards and three Brit Awards, a testament to his enduring talent and popularity. Astonishingly, Richard has seen more than 130 of his records break into the UK Top 20 – a feat unmatched by any other artist.

By the late ’90s, his worldwide sales had eclipsed 250 million. In 2001, he delighted fans with Wanted, a cover album, and followed it with Cliff at Christmas, blending holiday classics with fresh recordings.
