Elton John – McLaren 570S Spider, Estimated Nearly $1 Million
Elton John is an iconic singer whose record sales went over 300 million over the years. When he’s not working on music, he’s raising awareness regarding AIDS, and he helps fund the research for its cure. During a gala he hosted once, a McLaren 570S Spider got auctioned off.
He didn’t own the vehicle, for it was a donation from McLaren Automotive. The 570S is worth over $200K, but it ended up fetching nearly $1 million. John is currently in the middle of his farewell tour, but many dates got postponed indefinitely.
