For the longest time, actress Jennifer Lawrence (of The Hunger Games and Joy fame) lived in a modest Los Angeles home, but she recently tried selling her 4,073-square-foot apartment and that’s when we got to know she owned the property! And what’s more is that she is willing to sell it at a loss, too.
Jennifer bought the 3 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Upper East Side pad for $15.6 million in 2016 and listed it in July 2019 for $15.45 million. The airy apartment is quite gorgeous and can be accessed by a key-locked elevator. It opens up into a 12-foot high foyer and then comes the living area and dining space, which is divided by a double-sided gas fireplace. The outdoor space is landscaped and perfect for entertaining.
