Pretty Woman’s Julia Roberts went on a selling spree when she listed her estate in Hawaii for $45.3 million and then subsequently listed this New York apartment in West Village for $6.8 million. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has a charming library, dining room, kitchen, and wood-burning fireplaces.
The two terraces of the flat offers amazing views of the Big Apple’s most iconic buildings – the Empire State Building, and One World Trade Center. Obviously, the home was meant to just be a good investment, and judging by how much it went for, it was a really good investment after all!
