Rhimes highlighted that she does not believe that being skinny means being beautiful. ‘It just means you are thin,’ she wrote, clarifying that her motivations were more health-related. Being unable to climb a flight of stairs due to her physique is what motivated her to exercise and control her diet. While Rhimes does miss eating fried chicken, the results are definitely worth the sacrifice.
