Pasternak shares that “I Wanna Love You Forever” singer was disciplined throughout her weight loss journey right from walking 12,000 steps every day to eating right and having 7 hours of sleep every night. Jessica admittedly stayed away from technology for an hour daily to regulate her cortisol level. She definitely looks happier, fitter, and ready to take on the world.
