Jimmy Johnson & Rhonda Rookmaaker – 23 Years Together
Jimmy Johnson, whose iconic line is “How ’bout them Cowboys?” may not be actively coaching football teams these days, but he uses his knowledge about the sport by being an analyst. When he finally decides to retire, he can always enjoy extra time with his wife, Rhonda Rookmaaker, whom he met at the University of Miami in 1984 while working as a hairdresser.
Johnson was previously married to his college sweetheart Linda Kay Cooper from 1963 to 1990. Unfortunately, the sportsman and the educator called it quits awkwardly after telling the press he no longer needed a “prop spouse.”
