Cyndi Lauper & David Thornton – 30 Years Together
Cyndi Lauper was all about the girls in her ‘80s heyday with songs like Girls Just Want to Have Fun and All Through The Night. But by the end of the decade, she had met a man worth her time when she started dating actor David Thornton in 1989.
Thornton is famous for his roles in The Notebook and Law & Order, and he and Lauper eventually tied the knot in 1991. They’re still going strong in 2021 and have a son together. It’s been announced that Lauper will have a role in the film Goonies 2, which is yet to be assigned a release date.
