Back in 2007, Tina O’Brien chose to leave Coronation Street after eight successful years on the show, having first joined the cast in 1999. However, her love for the character drew her back, and by 2015, she had returned and has been a key figure ever since. During her time away, from 2010 to 2011, she took on the role of Bex Fisher in Waterloo Road.
