Richard Chamberlain: Maui – ~ $13.8 Million
Richard Chamberlain’s acting career began in 1958, and he already rose to fame as a teen in a then-popular TV show titled Dr.Kildare. It aired from 1961 to 1966, and Richard was later in The Thorn Birds and other renowned projects. However, he is most famous for being the first to portray the character of Jason Bourne in 1988’s The Bourne Identity.
Richard owned the mansion in the photos above, located in Maui, Hawaii. He listed it in 2010 for $19M but sold it one year later for a sum of $13.8M, according to luxury real estate ads. It is 8,674 square feet in size, has four bedrooms, 3,5 baths, and comes with half an acre of land.
