Alas, Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson has once again contacted his real estate agent and sold off his 1,861 square foot, 2 bedroom bachelor pad in Los Angeles for $2.95 million for it. The home, which was built in 1951, once belonged to Ellen DeGeneres, who then sold it to the late actor Heath Ledger.
The hillside cabin has a beautiful living room with a huge masonry fireplace and an even more impressive deck that is 2,500-square-feet in size. It comes with an outdoor screening room, built-in grilling area, movie screen and thick-cushioned banquettes. Why would anyone want to stay inside!
