Tim Curry – $3.2 Million, Los Feliz
A couple of years after Tim Curry suffered a stroke in 2012, which bound him to a wheelchair, he decided to list his Los Feliz mansion on the market. Tim wound up selling it for $3.2 million in 2014. The house was built in a Spanish style, back in 1928.
It has an interior of 3,365 square feet with four bedrooms and bathrooms as well as an office and a separate guest house. Of course, it also boasts a swimming pool in the yard. He had reportedly purchased it in 2006 for just $2 million. Tim’s now going to be participating in Pennywise: The Story of It.
