The new special of the documentary maker Louis Theroux, Louis Theroux: Shooting Joe Exotic, will take him once again to the deepest realms of the American continent, as he’s decided to pick up on the story of Netflix’s Tiger King and catch up to what Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin have been up to.
A man who’s never afraid to put himself on a tough spot for the sake of his art, Theroux married his longtime girlfriend Nancy Strang in 2012, with whom he had three children, all boys. Before, he was married to Susana Kleeman, but he described it as a “marriage of convenience,” motivated by legal reasons.
