From Guinness World Record Holders to Loki Lookalikes, These Iconic British Stars Are Alive And Kicking, Despite Some Thinking They’ve Long Gone
Petula Clark – 92 Years Old
She was born in Surrey in 1932, and only found herself under the spotlight once she started being a child entertainer on BBC Radio. Soon enough, Petula Clark was releasing her own music, starting with songs like The Little Shoemaker, and moving on to international releases like Sailor and Romeo.
Without a doubt, Clark was one of the biggest names back in the ‘50s and ‘60s. She was even attributed as the First Lady of the British Invasion abroad! Clark also left her mark in acting, having been on Goodbye, Mr. Chips. She’s 88 by now and still active. In 2020 she was in an episode of This Morning.
