Ed Sheeran: ~ £3.7 Million, Suffolk, UK

We’re not sure why ‘Shape of You’ crooner Ed Sheeran wants to make a mini-village for himself and his wife to live in. He first bought the 16th century-built Wynneys farmhouse in his hometown of Framlingham, Suffolk in 2012 and over the years, started buying out the neighboring houses and buildings to add to his estate.

Now, Ed owns 5 heritage houses there and has built a working pub, gym, Victorian-style greenhouse, cherry orchard, wildlife pond, chicken coop, kitchen garden and many other structures. He is reportedly waiting for civic permission to construct a cinema, underground music studio, and a secret tunnel from his home to the pub!

The country music power duo that’s Tim McGraw and Faith Hill shares over two decades of romance and a 20-acre Bahamas island they named L’île d’Anges. McGraw and Hill bought the private island in 2003, and it only had a little shack then. After nine long years of renovation, it now has a spectacular thatch-roofed eight-pavilion home that can rival any hotel resort. The $18-million heavenly home has an open-air dining and living space with a bathtub on its porch overlooking the ocean. The relationship goals couple welcomed 2019 on L’île d’Anges together with their daughter, Maggie.
