Steve Harvey: Beverly Hills – ~ $110,000 per month

Long-time Family Feud host Steve Harvey moved to Los Angeles to shoot his show Steve, and instead of buying a new property there for himself and his large family, he rented a 11,234 square-foot property in Beverly Park. Apparently, Harvey pays $110,000 a month for it.

The 5 bedroom, 8 bathroom secluded spread is built in traditional style and has a maid’s quarters, library, pool, patios, screening room and chefs kitchen. There is also an additional 1,000 square foot guest cum pool house for when the guests come knocking.

In 2013, Kate and her then-partner Matthew Bellamy bought this Pacific Palisades house for $5.3M. It was built in 1935 and later expanded. It now has 7000 square feet of space, six bathrooms, five bedrooms, a library, and multiple fireplaces. Hudson and her current beau, Danny Fujikawa, became parents in October 2018.
