Simon Cowell: – ~ Beverly Hills $25 Million

The X Factor judge Simon Cowell had unloaded some of his properties in 2020, including his Beverly Hills house, which he sold for $25 million.  The mansion has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms and spans over 9,600 sq ft. A month later, the talent scout also listed another abode in the area that he bought from singer Leona Lewis.

Around the time, Cowell was recuperating from surgery after he fell from his electric bike. However, the 61-year-old is now under fire for his alleged maltreatment of One Direction, Little Mix, and Jedward, who made the accusations publicly.

Lionel Richie is a well-known singer, songwriter, and producer whose career began in 1968. His trademark ballads style was noticed while he was a member of the Commodores. Richie then went solo. He is now regarded as one of the best balladeers from the ‘80s. Richie released ten solo albums and the most recent one was in 2012 titled Tuskegee. The house on the photo is his Beverly Hills estate. It is a massive twenty-eight room house built in 1929 and signed by Robert Attree as the architect and J. Jonathan and Peter Schifando as designers. The manor has 17,000 square feet of space, an impressive lush yard, and it costs $11.4M.
