Brian Baumgartner: – ~ Los Feliz $2.5 Million

Starring in the 2021 comedy series “Trash Truck,” the American actor Brian Baumgartner is best known for his portrayal of ‘Kevin Malone’ in the beloved sitcom “The Office.” Baumgartner used to live in a 3,070-square-foot home in Los Feliz but has since left the property. He decided to sell the place in 2016 and was able to turn a hefty profit.

Baumgartner acquired the house in 2007 for $1.9 million and got $2.5 million for it roughly ten years later. Featuring four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the charming Los Feliz residence was constructed in the ’40s and comes with a patio area, a wet bar, and a built-in barbecue.

In 2012, the former Guess? co-owner Georges Marciano put his breathtaking mansion in Beverly Hills on the market for $24.5 million. This move was triggered by various financial problems that had beset him in the few years leading up to this point. In other words, he was basically bankrupt. Marciano, who at one point was worth $170 million, had bought the house in ’88. To say something about the house’s history, we learned from sources that it was originally constructed in 1927, and the owner was Harry Cohn, one of the creators of Columbia Pictures. The house was Cohn’s residence until his death in ’58.
