Former United States President Jimmy Carter, who wrote a chilling op-ed in January 2022 about the state of the country, served as the Chief Executive from 1977 to 1981. It’s not illogical to expect that he lives in a grand mansion, especially as a former politician. However, he resides in a simple yet homey abode in Georgia that is said to be worth $167K.

The two-bedroom house is worth less than the median prices of homes in the state, the Washington Post reported in 2018. But then again, this isn’t surprising as well, considering Carter’s frugal habits as he allegedly loves bargain brand wines.

Pulp Fiction and Grease star John Travolta is wealthy – so much so that he does not move in and out of the airport continuously like us lesser mortals. He flies off from his personal airstrip.
