However, being the running mate of John McCain in the 2008 general elections brought her international fame. Although she lost that election, in a 2021 conference, Palin confirmed she’ll be running for Senate if she gets ‘divine’ instructions.

Her interest in real estate is well documented as she’s bought and sold over the years. In 2011, the Palins bought this 7,971-square-feet mansion for $1.7 million. The interior gives off a premium feel thanks to its subtle but consistent natural-colored accents. And the outdoor is just as fascinating with a basketball court and swimming pool. The house was sold for $2.3 million in 2016.

Jon Favreau – Los Angeles – $5.25 Million


The person who directed The Jungle Book in 2016, Jon Favreau reportedly spent $5.25 million that very same year, buying Allan’s Aquarium in Los Angeles, as well as the adjacent residential lot. Of course, he had planned to completely upgrade both lots, with the commercial lot taking up about 5,550 square feet, including a 4.7K square foot store, and the residential one, a bit larger, at 5,879 square feet, hoping to one day live in them. As for the Aquarium, it moved to a different location. Jon’s has only recently announced that he’s slowly started working on The Jungle Book 2.
