‘Diamonds’ hitmaker and girl with the golden voice, Rihanna, loves her native country of Barbados so much that she just has to go there every Christmas with her family. On one such visit in 2012, she rented a home in the exclusive One Sandy Lane resort in the Caribbean island.

She loved the place so much that she bought a 10,000-square-foot, beach-side unit there the next year for a whopping $22 million. What makes the buy even more impressive is that there are only 8 such huge properties in the resort. The opulent home lies right next to the beach, but we hope that it is paparazzi-proof.

It was saddening when June Brown announced she would be retiring from acting, and after three decades of her stint on ‘EastEnders’ came to an end. It was rather unfortunate when the news of her demise came in, and it came as a shock to the industry. Her onscreen character was central to the show, but June maintained a low profile in real life.
The actress lived a quiet life in her palatial bungalow in Surrey, which had a modest setting. While the celebrity hardly gave us a glimpse of her humble abode, we stumbled upon a picture of her living room. June certainly did look divine while posing for us while sitting on an antique armchair.
