Will bought the ranch property in Calabasas in 2003 and within 7 years, transformed it into his family’s 25,000 square foot home we see today. The custom-built home has nine bedrooms, eight-car garage, outdoor pool, home theater, wife Jada’s meditation room, a sunken trampoline, and a basketball, volleyball and tennis court. This is also where Jada films her popular show Red Table Talk.

Pete Davidson – New York – $1.2 Million


After Pete Davidson bought this posh apartment, he could not help but announce it to the world through a social media post. Of course, the ‘King of Staten Island’ actor is proud of his new acquisition since he used to live in his mom’s basement. If we are to guess, the pad’s location was probably why Davidson chose it.
Aside from being on Staten Island, it has a fantastic view of the Verrazzano Bridge and the Manhattan skyline. The comedian’s new home looks very cozy with its open floor plan. Its master’s bedroom has a door that leads to a private deck, where the SNL star could chill during his downtime.
