Ron Howard – Connecticut – $27.5 Million

The house that belonged to the Academy Award-winning filmmaker Ron Howard was sold in July 2014 for $27.5 million. The Greenwich, Connecticut house is a large property that sits on 32 acres and features six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and seven fireplaces.

Furthermore, it provides all the privacy one may need. Howard reportedly owned the house for 20 years and the family was very fond of the home. Howard said that, since the kids have grown up, it was time to move on and say goodbye to the beautiful house.
