While ‘Hello’ singer Adele may be a global phenomenon with her hit albums, she has chosen to snap up two properties in Los Angeles, and may be hinting at a big move across the pond? One of her homes is this $9.5 million, 4 bedroom Beverly Hills home.

The 6,595 square-foot property, that sits on a 17,000-square-foot plot, resembles an English cottage, probably so that Adele doesn’t get home sick. It also sports old timey features like a gazebo, French doors and gardens, besides a gorgeous backyard and a lovely kitchen.

As the summer games came to a close, the swift fish Michael Phelps went to settle in his Scottsdale home. The property spreads across 6,000 square feet and comes with 36 baths, five bedrooms, an enormous kitchen, four fireplaces, and a dining room. The outdoor space includes a shower, a hot tub, and a neat barbecue area. Being the celebrity that he is, we are sure Phelps never went for a loan. And since he’s retired now, we’re guessing he’s not using the swimming pool as much as he used to back in his Olympic days.
