Pierre Cardin: France – ~ $355 Million

Pierre Cardin is a name almost everybody knows, as it is also a worldwide brand in fashion. Perre was born in 1922 in Italy, and he started apprenticing at a local tailor when he was fourteen. Today, he is famous for his “Space Age” style.

That style was used in Pierre’s home in France, although Pierre is its second owner. He bought it in 1989, while it was built according to the design of Antti Lovag. Called the “Bubble House”, it is located in Massif de L’Estrel, has 13,000 square feet in size, an amphitheater with five hundred seats, dozens of rooms, and it is rented out for around $31k per day, while its price is over $350M.
